Description

What do we expect from you?

• You are responsible for processing the goods stored in the warehouse.
• You know exactly what the customers want and can respond to their needs. You will efficiently compile, prepare, and integrate customer orders into the system.
• You compile consolidation orders to increase efficiency and save costs by combining smaller orders into one larger shipment.
• You have a proactive mentality, analyzing and communicating stock shortages to the customer.
• You are responsible for the administrative processing and placing of orders to maintain stock levels.
• Communication with customers and relevant services energizes you.
• You are the point of contact for non-conforming deliveries, prepare complaint files, send them to suppliers, charge costs, and investigate outstanding arrivals.
• Complex orders, such as incoming EADs (alcohol), do not intimidate you. You accept and follow them up meticulously.
• You handle the administrative processing of both damaged and inactive pallets. Therefore, you possess strong administrative skills.

Working hours
• Variable working hours between 8:00 AM and 5:36 PM.
• Backup arrangement (via remote work) optional and to be discussed after the onboarding period (either Saturday or Sunday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM).

Profile

  • First and foremost, you are enthusiastic about learning and getting hands-on.
  • You operate at a bachelor's thinking level or have strong experience.
  • The Dutch and English languages hold no secrets for you.
  • You are very communicative and enjoy engaging with various stakeholders.
  • You work efficiently and accurately, always aiming to achieve the desired results. Additionally, you excel at setting the right priorities.
  • Finally, you have a good knowledge of the Office suite.
